The Single is available at £45.00 on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th
The Twin is available at £65.00 on 1st, 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 16th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st
Doubles are available at £75.00 for 2 people or £65.00 for one on 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18Tth, 21st, 30th and 31st.

FROM 1ST DECEMBER TO END FEBRUARY WHEN BOOKING THREE NIGHTS THE THIRD NIGHT IS AT HALF PRICE
(NOT AVAILABLE DURING PEAK CONFERENCE TIMES)
The above rates are per room per night and include V.A.T. and breakfast.
From December through to the end of March we offer a third night at half price when booking 2 nights at the full tariff (this is subject to availibility and may not be offered during times of peak demand eg. weekends and conferences).

Cancellation Policy
Rooms cancelled after 2pm on the day before arrival will be subject to the full charge for the reservation.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: 2pm-11pm. An earlier or later check-in can be arranged by prior agreement.
Check-out: 11.00am midweek, 11.30am weekends.
